Car Rental Promotions for 2010

Back in June of 2009 we posted about the Avis / Delta promotion where you could earn 5,000 miles for every 4 day Avis rental or 2,500 miles for every 3 day Avis rental. Then we also saw the Budget 3,000 miles for every 1 day rental.

Here are my stats from the 2009 Avis / Budget Delta Promotions

27-4 day Avis rentals for (5000 x 27) = 135,000 Delta Miles
4-3 day rentals for (2500 x4) = 10,000 Delta Miles
2-1 day rentals for (3000 x 2) = 6,000 Delta Miles

Total Miles Earned in 2009 through Car Rentals = 151,000 Delta Miles

So as 2009 comes to a close we need to think of whats in store for car rental promotions in 2010. What car rental promotions are you considering for 2010?

Official Boeing 787 Flight Video

The other day I posted videos from the maiden flight of the 787.

Boeing has posted the official videos on their website. You can see them here.

I noticed that Air Seychelles is on the list of airlines that will be flying the 787. You can see the entire list in this wikipedia post.

Back in March we flew to the Seychelles on a very old 767, probably one of the oldest planes I've ever flown. Very exciting that they are getting 2 787s; as we will most likely take another trip to the Seycheles in the future.

Free Points and Miles with Priority Club & British Airways

Here are a few good opportunities for free points and miles that I've missed. Ahlay Travel has covered the two deals below.

Hilton Q1 Promo Rumor - Free Night for every 4 Stays or 10 Nights

There is a rumor on FT that Hilton's Q1 promo is going to be; Earn 1 Free Night Certificate at any Hilton for every 4 stays or every 10 nights at participating Hilton Hotels. See the chatter in this FT thread. The word is that every Hilton Hotel has automatically opted into the promotion.

Bottom Line

This promo has potential depending on the free night certificate restrictions. Even though Hilton is planning a devaluation on January 15th, this promotion may still be worth the look. The rumor is that the new top tier will be more than the 40k Hilton points that is currently required. It may make sense to leverage the 4 stay requirement to earn multiple free night certificates (several 1 nights stays in a week), which would be a bonus of more than 10k per night.

There are reports that the United Premier status request is working. Simply click this link and enter your United information, there is a chance you will get Premier through March 31, 2010 just for entering your information.

Member can earn bonus Starpoints with every eligible stay between January 5, 2010, and April 15, 2010, at more than 850 participating properties only. Participating properties found at SPG.com/morerewardsprops are subject to change. For eligible stays with one (1) or two (2) consecutive nights, members will earn double Starpoints for all eligible revenue credited for the entire stay. A definition of what comprises eligible spend can be found at SPG.com/t&c under section 5.3. For eligible stays with three (3) consecutive nights, members will earn triple Starpoints for all eligible revenue credited for the entire stay. For eligible stays with four (4) or more nights, members will earn quadruple Starpoints for all eligible revenue credited for the entire stay. A description of qualifying rates can be found at SPG.com under program terms and conditions. Back-to-back stays over consecutive nights at the same property count as one (1) stay per the definition of an eligible stay. Double Starpoints awards a member a total of 4 Starpoints per eligible US$1 spent, triple Starpoints awards a total of 6 Starpoints per eligible US$1 spent, and quadruple Starpoints awards a total of 8 Starpoints per US$1 spent. Elite members still earn 1 extra Starpoint per eligible US$1 spent regardless of any bonusing that occurs. Bonus Starpoints earned will post to the member's account within 2 to 4 weeks after the qualifying stay posts. CO Status Match Comes Through For A United Upgrade

A few weeks ago I posted about Continental offering Delta members a status match, and I detailed how I went about taking them up on the offer here.

This past week I had a flight to Denver, and since I was a newly minted Continental Platinum with reciprocal elite benefits with Star Alliance members, I booked a direct flight on United to DEN. I was upgraded at the gate to Economy Plus, and was assigned the bulkhead seat with ample leg room. United's economy plus has 36' of pitch vs United's economy of 31' of pitch, see here for details on seating charts at United and other airlines.

Here are a few pictures from the Trip.

View of Downtown Denver
Bottomline

If you are a Delta/NW elite member and haven't already done so, go ahead and apply for the Continental status match. You'll have Star Gold status through February 2011, and the perks are defintely worth the few minutes of your time.

Boeing's 787 First Flight as early as 12/15/09

Good news for "If it ain't Boeing, I ain't going" fans.

Boeing announced on 12/10 that the window for the first flight of the 787 could open as early as 12/15/09. On 12/12/09 Boeing completed the Dreamliner's high speed taxi test with success. The airplane reached top speed of 150 mph, and the pilot's lifted the nose gear off the runway.

The 787 widebody is the first to use composite material construction in an aircraft. It is expected to replace the aging 767 fleet since it has similar capacity, is a widebody, but also has higher fuel efficiency and longer range.

British Airways Visa Removes 100,000 Miles Signup Bonus

A few weeks ago I posted about British Airways 100,000 mile credit card sign up bonus. The deal was to good to be true, and British Airways pulled the promotion on Saturday 12/11.

If you click the sign up page you are directed to the usual offer of 30,000 mile for signing up.

Good for those of you who got in on the offer. Enjoy spending your 100,000 miles on British Airways, AA, or the other Oneworld Alliance Members.

How to Use Priceline to Name Your Own Price for Hotels

Priceline's Name Your Own Price feature can be a very effective way of booking cheap travel. But if you do a few easy extra steps you’ll be able to use this feature to increase the odds of knowing what hotel you’ll win, and to decrease the cost you’ll pay. In the past I used this method to book the Lodge Renaissance Sonoma Resort and had confidence I would get that exact hotel at around $100 a night.

First you need to Select your Area Carefully

The first step is to navigate to Priceline search for hotels and view the cities by star rating category in your area for hotels. The objective here is to find a category where there are very few hotels to select from in a star rating category. By selecting a star rating category in an area with few hotels, this will help narrow down the possibilities of hotels for your winning bid.

Example: I choose Napa, California. The Napa, CA area only has 1 category 4 star hotel, the Vino Bello Resort. By using this location in Name Your Own Price I can narrow down my chances that I will get this hotel if I place a winning bid. The Resort is selling for $328 on the regular priceline hotel results page. But we can do better than that using Name Your Own Price by just a few more steps.

Next Check Biddingfortravel.com for Winning Bids

Biddingfortravel.com is the site you will want to use to check out what recent winning bids are going for in your area. Navigate to the location you found on Priceline and see what the winning bids are going for.

Example: In Napa, CA the 4 Star hotel is selling in a range of $80-$95 based on prior winning bids. That is around a $250 savings off the advertised priceline price. So based on other traveler’s experience you can narrow down your bidding range to $80-95, always start low. Keep in mind winning bids are affected by dates, and how far in advance one books. Once you win make sure you come back to this location and place your winning bid so others can benefit from your experience.

Finally Name Your (Educated) Own Price

Now that you have (1) Found a location with a limited number of hotels to choose from, and (2) know what the winning bids have been going for, place your bid using Priceline's Name Your Own Price. In my example I would start with a bid under $80 in case the previous bidders were too high. Then you will be notified whether you won or not by email. If you did not win simply wait a day, re-check Better Bidding, and re-bid within the range for that area. If you did win, drop us a line and let us know this helped, we always appreciate feedback.

Bottom Line

Priceline’s Name Your Own Price is a great feature to get great hotels at low prices. To increase your chances of scoring that hotel you want at a low price check out what other people have done over at Better Bidding.

Continental Elite Status Match for Delta Elites

Continental left Skyteam and joined Star Alliance on Oct 27, 2009. Since their move to Star Alliance they have been aggressively offering Delta elites status on Continental.

I just took them up on their offer and it was very easy and quick. Here a look at how quick it is to request, and be approved for status over at Continental.

The Request

I'm a Delta Platinum member with over 100k miles flown YTD so I requested a status match to Continental's Platinum Elite level.

To request my status I logged into my Delta account and saved my most recent statement to my desktop as a PDF. Once I had my most recent statement showing my status level over at Delta, I sent a copy of it to Continental (onepass@coair.com) with my continental #, delta #, and a statement of my request:

"I would like to request a status match to Continental from my Delta Platinum status. Attached is a copy of my recent Delta statement.

My Continental # is: XXXXXXXX
My Delta # is: XXXXXXXXXX
"

The Response

Within 2 days I received an email from a OnePass Customer Service Manager welcoming me to Continenta's Platinum Elite Status level with benefits through February 2011.

Bottom line

If you are a Delta SkyMiles member of any status (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) go ahead and submit a request to Continental for status match to the appropriate level. The status levels get you the benefits described in this link, and the status is good until February 2011. You also get reciprocal upgrades while flying on United Airlines flights with your Continental status.

New Link in Misc Section - Seat Counter.com

I've added a seatcounter.com link to the recommended link section.

Seat Counter is a great tool to generally see how many seats are left in a particular fare bucket on a flight or routing. The tool will show the available number of seats in each fare class. If a 9 is showing in the fare class that means there are 9 or more seats available. They also color classify availability in green, yellow, and red (green meaning high availability and red meaning low).

Sample Search

I did a sample search on seat counter from Tampa to LA on December 4th. The search results screen is shown below.

You can see from the search results that the only direct flight of the day from TPA to LAX is on Delta and has plenty of availability left including 5 tickets in discounted first fare bucket A.

For information on how to read the Seat Counter results see their FAQ here.

Speed Tape

Yesterday I posted about what I thought was duct tape on the engine. It turns out it was actually speed tape which is a variant of duct tape.

Here is a story of an American Pilot's experience with Speed Tape on his trip to St Thomas. Very interesting story.

American Airlines Customer Service & Duct Tape

I noticed a few things on my most recent American Airlines flight, like Duct Tape on the Engine, and Union members sitting chatting it up while a customer stands at the gate waiting for service.

Really...Duct Tape on Engine?? Really..

I have no idea if this is common practice, or if this is considered safe and best practice. Looks like the latch underneath the tape was missing so they covered it up with this tape. Does anyone know if this is common? All I can find is this 10 Ten list of things to know your flying on a bad airline.

Employees Sitting Around Chatting While Customer Waits For Service
There were 5 American Airlines (Union - Wearing Badges) employees sitting next to the gate chatting it up less than 50 minutes prior to departure. Not one of them stood up to see if they could help the customer standing in front of the gate before the flight, and 2 of them ended up on the flight sitting in the bulkhead seat.
Bottom Line
American treats its Elite members well. I was just shocked to see that tape on their plane engine and the lack of customer service in this instance.

Up In the Air - December 4th

Am really looking forward to this movie. Here is another trailer.

If you'd like to get a sneek peek at the movie sign up for a free screening of Up In the Air on December 2nd. The cities that are available: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and DC.

The Place Miles Can Take You

I stumbled across this pretty good personal travel report site by a guy who is a United 1K. For those who don't know what 1K is, that means he travels...alot.

He has some interesting pictures on his site. My favorite picture is the "The Night Scene" second to last picture in Gallery 1, pretty incredible picture.

Hilton Devaluation Coming???

Gary at View from the wing points to an interesting Flyertalk thread about the coming Hilton Honors devaluation of points. Seems odd they are devaluing their points at a time when everybody is hurting to fill their rooms. Must be a function of their new owners, not sure what they are thinking here, this will only drive loyal guests away in droves.

Thoughts On Budget Fast Break

Back in September I posted about a Budget promotion where you earn 3,000 Delta miles with every qualifying rental of 1 day or more. So I decided to take a break from the Avis 5,000 Delta mile promotion and try this out.

First let me point out that I am an Avis Presidents club member and also a Budget Fast Break member.
My Experience
The first thing I noticed with Budget is that they assign you a group number as opposed to a rental car space as Avis does. The group number indicates the type of car you rented where those types of cars are parked. You simply walk up to the group of cars and pick anyone that you'd like to drive for the day or week. This seems odd as it requires additional action on the part of the customer to get the car off the lot. This additional action doesn't exactly fit with "Fast" in the Fast Break.
So after I picked my car for the week, you drive up to the exit and hand the check out person your slip that was hanging from the mirror. This slip has nothing related to your reservation on it or name. So you must hand over your ID and credit card to start your checkout process.
This is the point that is significantly different and more time consuming than Avis. At Avis you would have walked up to your pre-reserved parking space with car that has your rental agreement in it. When you leave Avis you simply hand them the agreement and they tear half it off, and off you go.
But at Budget, they have to take your credit card to run it, then it appeared they generated a rental agreement. The odd thing was I was never handed a rental agreement what-so-ever before leaving the lot. So all I have when leaving is the car and a set of keys.
Bottom Line
The promotion for 3,000 Delta SkyMiles is great if you have a week that requires you to have a rental of fewer than 4 days (which is what is required to earn the 5k at Delta). But overall I found the Budget process to be less transparent, and more time consuming.

Captiva Island Florida

We just returned from a trip to Captiva Island Florida. Captiva is a fantastic island off the coast of Fort Myers Florida with great beaches. Here is a picture of the sunset from Mad Hatter restaurant.
We sat right next to Willard Scott who owns a property on the island. It was easy to recognize with his distinct voice, wanted to ask him what the weather forcast was but fought off the urge.

Seychelles Article

Here is an interesting article on the US relations with Seychelles.

There is a Sky Team option to the Seychelles through a Air France code share with Air Seychelles. This is a good way to burn all of those Delta miles your earning. Last I checked it was 120,000 per person in Business to the Seychelles on Sky Team.

The Hyatt/United promotion going on right now is my personal choice. But if you are a Hilton loyalist and have no use for United miles or free nights in Hyatt's program I would select the option that allows you to earn the maximum amount up to 75,000 points.

Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for stays completed between October 5 and December 31, 2009 at participating hotels. To participate, you must be a member of HHonors and register for the promotion at HiltonHHonors.com/pickoffer2009 prior to check-in. Guests not currently enrolled in the HHonors program may register at HiltonHHonors.com. Members may only select one of the two offers and offers cannot be combined. Maximum number of bonus points earned as part of this promotion cannot exceed 75,000 bonus points. Once the member has made a selection, the offer choice is final and cannot be changed. “Double Base points” means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base points earned during a stay. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification. Registered members must check-in and check-out between October 5 and December 31, 2009 to be eligible to receive bonus points. Offer cannot be combined with other select promotional rates, bonus points and/or miles offers. Hilton HHonors® membership, earning of Points & Miles®, and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions.

Hyatt Next Big Thing Promo Combines United Miles Earning Option

Hyatt's recent Next Big Thing promotion allows you to earn a free night at a Hyatt for every 2 stays at a Hyatt property. This promotion was recently amended (see post #47) by Hyatt to allow you to select miles (instead of Hyatt points). This is fantastic news because United is running some really good mile promotions for staying at Hyatt properties right now.

United Promotions for Hyatt Stays

This is all good news so now you'll be able to combine the Next Big Thing promotion with the 2 United mile earning promotions (5k per stay & 2.5k per 2 stays). So you can now earn 5k United Miles + the standard 500 United mile amount for every Hyatt stay + 2500 United Miles for every 2 stays.

So lets assume you stay 4 nights a week and switch between Hyatt properties every night you'll earn at the following rate:

1st Night - 5000 United Miles + 500 United Miles
2nd Night - 5000 United Miles + 500 United Miles + 2500 United Mile Bonus
3rd Night - 5000 United Miles + 500 United Miles
4th Night - 5000 United Miles + 500 United Miles + 2500 United Mile Bonus

Total United Miles earned in 4 nights = 27,000 United Miles

Bottom Line

Even if you don't normally fly United, this promotion is well worth taking advantage of to earn the maximum amount of miles for your hotel stays.

Hyatt - Next Big Thing Promotion Available

Hyatt's Next Big Thing promotion is available for registration. We posted about this back on September 15th, but now the details are out.

Promotion

Between October 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010 members can choose to earn the reward you want.
  • 1 free night award after every two stays OR
  • 3,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points on every stay, starting with your second stay.
To Earn Unlimited Free Nights or Bonus Points
  • Register today for the reward you want – free nights or bonus points.
  • Stay at any Hyatt worldwide between October 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010.
  • Provide your Hyatt Gold Passport account number at reservation and check-in.

Bottom Line

This is one of my favorite promotions. You can earn a free night at a Hyatt hotel for every 2 night stays. This beats out Starwood's Free Weekend Nights by a long shot since it doesn't limit the category of hotel or limit the redemption to weekend nights only. If you have the chance rack up some Hyatt stays make sure you redeem/book as soon as possible before all the Faster Free Night availability gets used up.

St Regis DC Trip Report

This past weekend we stayed at the St Regis in Washington DC using 3 free nights from the SPG Free Weekend Nights Promotion.

Check In

When we arrived at the hotel there was no check-in line. The check-in process was quick and efficient. As a Platinum member I was not offered any check-in amenity but was offered an upgrade to a Carline Astor suite which was fantastic.

The Room

As mentioned the Caroline Astor suite was great. It was 665 sq ft, slightly bigger than my friends apartment. Walking into the room there is a large walk in closet to the right and a small entrance foyer. Continuing into the room you enter the living area with dining table, couch, desk, and flat screen tv. To the right is the Master bedroom. The bathroom was very large, and the coolest part was the tv on the mirror in the bathroom. Overall the room was very nice with shades of blue throughout.

The Hotel

One secret about the St Regis (that the check-in clerk forgot to mention) is that every night at 6:00 PM they hold a champagne ceremony in the lobby for "anyone" who is in the lobby. The bar tender comes wheeling a cart of champagne from the bar, they make a small announcement then slice the cork off the bottle in an elaborate display. Then anyone who was in the lobby at 6:00 PM gets free champagne tasting. We only discovered this on our last night. The service was pretty good overall. Butlers are assigned to rooms, the doorman always grabbed the door. Other than small mix ups there are no complaints with service.

W Rooftop Bar

The W Rooftop Bar was close by so we went there with my cousin to have drinks one night. The views were great at sunset.

View of White House

Bottom Line

This was a great use of Free Weekend nights. The hotel regular rooms were going for around $350 and the suites were going for around $600 per night.

DL Flight: So I was stupid, drank too much and vomited before take-off

I couldn't resist posting this story from over on the Delta forum at Flyertalk. It is the funniest post I've read in a long time.

Basically the flyer is traveling on Delta, and downs a few drinks before the flight, then the title explains the rest.

Mileage Specials offered by World Hotels on Partner Airlines

This one's a little different since many of us are loyal to a small number of hotel chains, but it's worth checking out. You may not associate independent hotels and local chains with frequent flyer programmes, but with WORLDHOTELS you can reap the benefits of a luxurious night’s sleep while still enjoying the service and individuality our members are known for.

As a frequent flyer, each time you stay at one of the participating member hotels worldwide at a qualifying rate, you can earn 500 miles (or equivalent) per stay through the mileage programs of their airline partners.

Just present your frequent flyer card at check-in and, if your rate qualifies, we will automatically credit your airline mileage account.

US Airways Special Promotions:

For Dividend Miles members:

5000 miles per night in a Suite!
500 miles per night
2000 miles per stay!
1000 miles: Miles, Fruit, Wine & More - Take to Italy!

US Airways Rolls Out New Envoy Suite

Today US Airways announced their new Envoy Suite and its pretty sweet.
The first of the Envoy suites will be rolled out on A330-200 aircraft's in December of 2009 with the rest of the A330 fleet being completed by mid 2012. This is a huge improvement to US Airways Envoy Class, by why so long to roll out to entire A330 fleet?

Check out the discussion on flyertalk in this thread.

Bottom Line

US Airways definitely needed to do something to keep in line with the competition for premium travel. I would still look to use my US Airways miles with a Luftansa or Swiss for premium award redemption, but this may be an option for you in Charlotte or Philadelphia.

US Airways Race to Preferred Status

Get ready for the fastest, easiest way ever to get (or keep) Preferred status. Just fly between October 1 and December 25, 2009 on any US Airways or US Airways Express flight, and you'll earn Preferred status faster than ever before. The more you fly, the more you'll earn. Think of it as an end-of-the-year shortcut.

Here’s how it works:
Fly 7,500 miles or 10 segments and earn Silver Preferred status
Fly 15,000 miles or 20 segments and earn Gold Preferred status
Fly 22,500 miles or 30 segments and earn Platinum Preferred status
Fly 30,000 miles or 40 segments and earn Chairman’s Preferred status

Don’t worry, the miles you fly will also count towards the total miles you flew for the year – you’ll be awarded the highest status between the two. So if you fly 55,000 Preferred miles for the year but only end up flying 8,000 Preferred miles during the promotion period, you’ll still earn Gold status for the year.

US Airways will determine and award your Preferred status on January 10, 2010. You don't need to register (we'll keep track of your flights). Hard to believe, but that's what it says.

Terms & Conditions:

Only Preferred qualifying miles and segments earned on flights operated by US Airways and US Airways Express can be applied towards this promotion. Only base flight miles and segments, including Preferred segment minimums, count toward this promotion. Preferred-qualifying bonuses, e.g. class of service bonuses and miles earned on flights operated by US Airways’ partners, are not applied toward qualification criteria. Retroactive mileage credits will not count towards your status unless they are applied before December 29, 2009. Enter your Dividend Miles number at time of booking to receive your miles into your account. This promotion is subject to all Dividend Miles program terms and conditions.

Airline Wifi Codes

Back on August 5th, I posted about all the Free wifi codes that we knew existed. We posted codes for American, Delta, and Airtran.

Well, they've all expired. The only code I can find is for new sign users on Delta - 1666da73u1.

If you know of any wifi codes that are available for use, and would like to share, please post a comment to share with the readers of this site.

If you have the chance rack up some Hyatt stays make sure you redeem/book as soon as possible before all the Faster Free Night availability gets used up.

5,000 United Miles Per Hyatt Stay

United is running a promotion with Hyatt where you earn 5,000 United Miles with every stay at a participating Hyatt hotel from September 1st through October 31, 2009.
    • Stay at any Hyatt worldwide between September 1 and October 31, 2009.
    • Provide your Hyatt Gold Passport and Mileage Plus account numbers at
      reservation and check-in.
    • Request Mileage Plus miles at check-in for each of
      your eligible stays.

This sounds like a great promotion to use if your staying at a Hyatt hotel. For the past few months Hyatt has been running a 2,500 Hyatt point per stay promotion when you pay with a MasterCard. The 2,500 point promotion expires this week, September 15th. So this new promotion with United is very timely.

Bottom Line

The key thing to note with this promotion is it is yet again a "per stay" promotion and that it is only marketed to United 1k members. So if you can find a few Hyatt hotels in the city you are in, you can earn 20,000 United miles per week (5,000 x 4 nights) depending on how many nights in your staying pattern. After a few weeks you could have enough for a business class trip to Europe on Starr Alliance.

Terms and Conditions

To participate in this promotion you must join Hyatt Gold Passport via url www.goldpassport.com/united1K and stay between September 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009 at any Hyatt Hotel & Resort™, Hyatt Place™, Hyatt Summerfield Suites™ or Andaz™ worldwide. To receive 5,000 bonus miles per eligible stay, you must provide both your Hyatt Gold Passport and United Airlines Mileage Plus membership account number at time of check-in, choose miles for your stay and pay an Eligible rate.

"Eligible Rate" is any hotel published room rate, including, but not limited to rates found on hyatt.com, hyattplace.com, hyattsummerfiedsuites.com, prevailing rack rate, BAR, volume, AAA and senior citizen rates, etc. "Ineligible Rates" are discounted rates, including, but not limited to, any free night stays, Internet wholesale rates (such as priceline.com, hotels.com, etc.), traditional wholesale rates (such as GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, etc.), airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, Club at the Hyatt discount certificate stays, Hyatt Vacation Club stays, Hyatt employee or employee family discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers or contracted rooms (a contract room is a room that has been reserved pursuant to a written and executed agreement between a hotel and a corporation, government agency or individual for a negotiated room rate in exchange for an agreed upon number of rooms to be rented for an extended period of time).

Only one bonus will be given per member regardless of the number of rooms. A qualifying stay means one or more consecutive nights at any participating hotel or resort when paying an eligible rate, whether or not the guest checks out and back in during such period;award stays do not qualify. Only one bonus will be given per member, per stay, regardless of the number of rooms.

All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus miles to be posted to your account. Miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the United Airlines frequent flyer program. This promotion is subject to the complete terms and conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport program.
